Curated by Daryna Mamaisur, this open call examines how language becomes fragile during turbulent times — the distance between words in which we fall, unable to grasp a turbulent reality. Selected one-minute films preview at Kyiv International Short Film Festival before touring internationally, and all submissions enter The One Minutes Collection preserved by the Netherlands Institute for Sound and Vision.
