Chefs, artists, food designers and interdisciplinary practitioners

Originally opened as a terrace restaurant in 1977, DAS MINSK now operates as a museum of modern and contemporary art. Its history as a place of hospitality, exchange, and social life continues to shape the building. The culinary residency situates it as a place where art, food, memory, and the public intersect.

The residency invites proposals that treat cooking as a cultural and artistic practice, engaging with community, memory, hospitality, nutrition, regional tradition, agricultural science, ecology, and the future of food. The selected resident will develop a project and present it as part of the museum's public program.
