Yukino Yamanaka

Yukino Yamanaka explores the unstable boundary between the human body and the shifting states of identity that exist beyond fixed definitions. Moving from figurative painting toward abstraction, she fragments the human form through fluid marks, empty spaces, and distorted gestures, treating the canvas as a site of transformation rather than representation.

Her works depict the gradual dissolution of the self into an ambiguous, inhuman presence, where bodies, emotions, and perception remain in a constant state of becoming.
